CII and CIII small layers were put into production, with daily injection of 95m3, wellhead water injection oil pressure of 20.37MPa, and daily water injection of 105m 3 , accumulative water injection 11.33×10 4 m 3 . The water absorption profile of the well was tested by isotope and energy spectrum flow in June 2011 and September 2012 respectively. According to the comprehensive evaluation, the CIII layer is the main water absorption layer, and there are dominant water absorption channels in the layer. The test results show that the relative water absorption of CII and CIII layers is 18% and 82% respectively, and various tests show that the injected water rushes along the CIII layer.

The invention comprises the following steps: recording or measuring a measure interval length, injector producer distance, reservoir thickness, stratigraphic dip, oil reservoir average porosity and profile control agent density, if horizontal well recovery is adopted for a horizontal well, calculating the profile control agent dosage according to a parallelogram model: a formula as shown in the specification; if vertical well recovery is adopted for the horizontal well, calculating the profile control agent dosage according to a triangular model: a formula as shown in the specification, wherein in the formula, V refers to the profile control agent dosage, L refers to the measure interval length, D refers to the injector producer distance, T refers to the reservoir thickness, theta refers to stratigraphic dip, phi refers to the oil reservoir average porosity and rho refers to the profile control agent density; preparing a profile control agent aqueous solution; then injecting the profile control agent aqueous solution into the horizontal injection well and performing profile control.
