The invention provides a USB3.0 and eSATA combined interface comprising a chip and a connector. The connector is used for being connected with an external storage device; the chip is a multiplexer and comprises three address units and a level input end, a first address unit port A is connected with the connector, a second address unit port B is connected with a USB3.0 transceiving end, a third address unit port C is connected with an SATA3.0 transceiving end, and the level input end is used for a chip to be connected in to control level. The USB3.0 interface is taken as an eSATA signal and USB3.0 signal common interface, and the chip judges whether peripherals are eSATA or USB3.0 devices and switches out corresponding signals, so that the problem that one PC (personal computer) or laptop needs to be configured with multiple interfaces resulting in size increase is solved; thus, by the eSATA comb with USB3.0 interface, more space can be saved, and the PC is more compact and lighter.
