Abstract
The invention discloses a cutting propagation method of aronia melanocarpa elliot. An ultrasonic humidifier is arranged in a three-dimensional seedbed; the moisture is preserved through coverage of a thin film and a non-woven fabric; perlite of 2-3 mm is filled into a 128-hole potted tray; from the early May to mid-October, branches are sampled from a female parent for cutting; the base parts of scions of the cutting branches are soaked by using 100 ml/L of Guoguang rooting powder; cutting is performed by using the seedbed; a management and maintenance stage is entered; when the rooting rate reaches about 95 percent, seedling acclimatization is performed. The method has the beneficial effects that the rooting situation is good, the yield can reach over 95 percent, the method has excellent market development prospect, the propagation operation is simple, the propagation speed is high, and the method can adapt to the climatic environments of East China and has a wide application range.
