The acetic acid is added in the chemical immersion plating liquid, so that effects of preventing dark color and a coarse surface of a tinned layer caused by excessively high content of silicon in the high-silicon aluminum alloy and improving the brightness of the tinned layer can be realized. Meanwhile, after the high-silicon aluminum alloy is immersed in the chemical immersion plating liquid, the metal tin is ensured to substitute aluminum atoms on the surface of the aluminum alloy to form a metallic tin layer by adopting the aluminum atoms in a high-silicon aluminum alloy body as an electron source by directly utilizing the chemical reaction.
