The regenerated polyether polyol is used for production of the automobile roofs for the first time, is efficiently utilized and does not increase volatile gases of interior trim parts, thus meeting VOC requirements in the MS300-55 standard. Compared with PU foam using common polyether polyol, the VOC performance and mechanical performance of the PU foam using the regenerated polyether polyol meet requirements on thermoplastic PU foam used for the automobile roofs.
