The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring the raw materials in a high-speed mixer according to a ratio; uniformly mixing, and then conveying into a twin-screw extruder by a metering device; with the conveying, shearing and mixing of screws, melting and compounding the materials; and performing extrusion, bracing, cooling and grain-sized dicing to obtain the PC/ABS composition.
