The negative pressure generator and the follicular fluid collection container are communicated to a conduit used for sucking and conveying a follicular stock solution with egg cells, and the negative pressure generator is used for forming negative pressure in the tube to complete puncture and suck the follicular stock solution with egg cells into the conduit. The egg cell image acquisition device and the light source equipment are arranged at two sides of a conveying path of the conduit for cooperating to obtain the egg cell image information, the obtained egg cell image information is sent to the central controller, the central controller controls the sorting switch arranged on the conduit to be switched on / off according to the egg cell image information, so that separation of egg cell (a cumulus cell compound) and follicular fluid in the follicular stock solution with egg cells can be realized, and then the required egg cells can be obtained.
