Embodiment Construction

[0042] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0043] Such as figure 1 As shown, the structural damage assessment method based on ultrasonic guided wave driving / sensing array of the present invention comprises the following steps:

[0044] (1) Preset or paste the ultrasonic guided wave sensing unit on the surface of the structure to be tested to form an ultrasonic guided wave sensing array, and control the excitation of each ultrasonic guided wave sensing unit in turn to send out ultrasonic guided wave signals, and pass the ultrasonic guided wave sensing unit The wave sensing array receives the reflected guided wave signal from the damage / boundary in the structure under test.

[0045] (2) Perform dedispersion processing on the reflected guided wave signal based on step (1), and use a phased array imaging algorithm to...

Abstract

The invention provides a structural damage assessment method based on an ultrasonic guided-wave drive/sensing array. The structural damage assessment method comprises the following steps: firstly, pre-arranging or bonding ultrasonic guided-wave sensing units on the surface of a structure to be tested to form an ultrasonic guided-wave sensing array, exciting the various ultrasonic guided-wave sensing units in turns to generate ultrasonic guided-wave signals, and receiving the reflected guided-wave signals of the internal damages/boundaries of the structure to be tested through the ultrasonic guided-wave sensing array; then carrying out chromatic dispersion removal processing on the reflected guided-wave signals, globally imaging the structure to be tested by virtue of a phased array imaging algorithm, and locating a damage area; finally, carrying out accurate quantitative analysis on damages in the damage area by virtue of a reverse time migration imaging technology based on a multiple signal classification method with regard to the damage area and on the basis of the reflected guided-wave signals. The method realizes rapid and accurate location and assessment on damages in large structures, the exploration capacity is greatly improved, and the needed labour and maintenance expense are also reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of damage detection, in particular to a structural damage assessment method based on an ultrasonic guided wave driving / sensing array. Background technique [0002] Large-scale engineering facilities are subject to external (environment / load, etc.) effects during their long-term operation, and are prone to corrosion, fatigue, cracks and other damages. The accumulation of damage will lead to failures of engineering facilities and even induce major accidents. The advanced technology of rapid online diagnosis and evaluation of structural damage and overall performance can provide safety and reliability guarantee for the long-term normal operation of various large-scale engineering facilities, key equipment, and engineering structures. [0003] Guided ultrasound waves (GUW) have been shown to play an important role in SHM / NDE. The damage assessment method based on multiple ultrasonic sensors or sensor arrays provides a me...
