Problems solved by technology

Among the many schemes using computer-aided design, according to different mathematical models, they can be divided into discrete mathematical programming method and continuous mathematical programming method. The former divides the target area into several grids when AP is deployed, and the position of AP is discretely divided into grids. For each central location, when there are many AP locations in this method, if the location accuracy requirements for deployment are high, the calculation difficulty and amount of calculation will be seriously increased; and the latter, in addition to the complexity of the indoor environment, is difficult to receive signals. In addition to the great difficulty in modeling the strength model, the continuous mathematical model itself has great difficulty in solving

specific Embodiment approach 1

[0028] Specific implementation mode 1. Combination figure 1 and figure 2 In this specific implementation mode, an indoor AP deployment method based on user location distribution is described. It is assumed that in an indoor scene restricted by multiple walls, there are N users waiting to access the WLAN network. If there may be users in a certain area, you can use to describe, where is the location coordinates of the area, P is the probability that there are users in this location, and the cumulative probability distribution function is F(X,Y)=P(xC f(x,y)dxdy=1. The location distribution of each user is independent and identically distributed, so when the AP location is (X AP ,Y AP ), the RSS value received by the user in the area is shown in formula (1):

[0029] RSS(X AP ,Y AP ) = ∫ C (P t +G t +G r -S(0,σ)-L(||x-X AP ,y-Y AP || 2 )) f(x,y)dxdy (1)

[0030] Among them, L(x,y) is the channel attenuation.

[0031] Therefore, the optimal AP position (X, Y) sh...

Abstract

The invention relates to an indoor AP (Access Point) deployment method based on user location distribution, relates to an indoor AP deployment method, and aims to improve the network coverage rate of indoor AP deployment and increase the number of supported users. The AP deployment method comprises two steps of (1) processing user location distribution data: abstracting user location distribution features to be a plurality of location points and the probability of corresponding users; (2) deploying AP locations based on an FCM (Fuzzy C-Means) clustering algorithm: adopting the clustering algorithm to get an AP deployment scheme meeting the conditions. The method is simple and easy to implement, is free of a strict signal intensity model and a user distribution model, and is applicable to AP deployment in indoor environments with complicated building structure and non-uniform user distribution.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an indoor AP deployment method. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of wireless local area network (Wireless Location Access Network, WLAN) technology, WLAN has become the most widely used mainstream method for users to realize communication in indoor environment due to its advantages of easy deployment, simple equipment, and low cost. How to deploy APs so that the target area meets a certain coverage rate has always been one of the hot spots in indoor WLAN research. However, with the popularity of devices supporting WLAN access, the number of users that can be simultaneously supported by a WLAN access point (Access Point, AP) is limited. Therefore, when considering AP deployment in a certain area, in addition to enabling the deployed AP to meet the signal coverage requirements, it should also meet the requirements for the number of supported users in the area. [0003] In the current research, there are ...
