Abstract

The invention discloses an expandable polyphenyl plastic microwave foaming technique which comprises the following steps: (1) putting machine oil and wood flour into a container I and uniformly stirring; (2) adding an expandable polyphenyl material into the container I in the step (1), and uniformly stirring, thereby obtaining a mixed material consisting of machine oil, wood flour and the expandable polyphenyl material; (3) putting the mixed material obtained in the step (2) into a container II which can be heated with microwaves, and vertically vibrating until the mixed material inside the container II is free of bubbles; (4) putting the container II into a microwave oven, and baking for 5-10 seconds with strong microwave heat, thereby rapidly expanding the expandable polyphenyl material, thereby completing foaming. The technique has the advantages of cleanness, environment-friendliness, short foaming time and the like.
