The pochonia chlamydosporia YMF 1.00613 strain disclosed by the invention is applied to fermentation production of agricultural insecticides and biopesticides for preventing and controlling plant pathogen nematode. The pochonia chlamydosporia strain has the beneficial effects that breeding of insects and quantity of offspring population can be obviously inhibited; a PDB fermentation liquor of the strain and the main component aurovertins compound of the secondary metabolites have nematode-killing capacity; the nematicidal activity under an experiment condition can be up to 90% or over; and the pochonia chlamydosporia strain can be applied to fermentation production of bio-active substances such as nematicides and biopesticides.
