Abstract

Provided is an iris recognition technology based highway toll collection system. According to the technical scheme, an iris recognition technology is utilized, a trigger input device records and recognizes a specific personal iris and then performs analysis through an integrated circuit microprocessor, and the microprocessor and a vehicle tool collection sensor is connected with an alternating-current power supply to ensure continuous power supply of the system. When a vehicle passes through a toll collection point, the integrated circuit microprocessor is connected with the vehicle tool collection sensor and the trigger input device and accordingly automatically records passing information of the vehicles and performs charging operation. By means of the iris recognition technology based highway toll collection system, the toll collection efficiency can be improved, and what's more important is that personal injury of toll collection persons in toll stations serving as occurred frequently points of highway accidents is effectively decreased.
