Abstract

The device is able to inspect an inspection component of a concrete reinforcement detector based on the electromagnetic sensing principle. The device comprises an operation system and an auxiliary system during manufacturing. The operation system is manufactured by the steps of a) operation platform bracket, namely, a VIS vibration isolation type optical platform bracket to keep the top horizontal; b) optical flat plate prepared from aluminum alloy material; c) grating ruler, namely, a noncontact grating measuring system of which the precision is up to 1 micron; d) slide rail, namely, general electric control translation platform; e) connecting plate for connecting a load plate of the general electric control translation platform and a reading head of the grating ruler a well as being used as a new loading platform; f) fixing inspection component standard part, namely, designing M6 threaded holes in two ends of the connecting plate according to the size of the testing part, and fixing the part on the new loading platform through a cap; h) parallel light source, namely, providing an LED light source.
