Abstract

Surfaces of the pure natural coconut shred layer with thickness of 2-3cm and the pure natural coconut shred layer with thickness of 7-8cm are bonded with non-woven fabrics by the a water-based adhesive. The polyurethane slow-rebound foamed material layer has hardness of 15-30HF. The health mattress is safe and environmentally friendly, has adjustable hardness satisfying human body demands, has slow-rebound performances, good softness, good air permeability and good support effects, and has a good health care function.
