The preparation method of the environment-friendly snow melting agent comprises the following steps: a, mixing the organic acid salt, diammonium hydrogen phosphate, urea and silicate uniformly according to the percentage; b, adding the biomass charcoal according to the percentage and stirring uniformly; c, adding the hydroxyl cellulose according to the percentage and stirring uniformly; and d, extruding the mixture into 6-8mm granules, and drying to obtain the environment-friendly snow melting agent.
