A data collection and analysis system is used for measuring tension and sound change in the opening process, displaying and storing data in real time, automatically judging whether the safety valve is opened or not by software according to a signal of a sound sensor, recording the opening tension value, and calculating the opening pressure of the safety valve. According to the on-line detection system, through an alternating-current and direct-current adapter, a direct-current power supply is adopted for supplying electricity; and a rechargeable battery is arranged, and the on-line detection system can be applied to different working condition environments in which mains supply cannot be provided.
