Abstract

The invention discloses a decoction for treating secondary amenorrhea after benzene poisoning and a preparation method of the decoction. The decoction comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1-3 parts of angelica sinensis, 1-3 parts of parched white peony roots, 1-3 parts of semen cuscutae, 1-3 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 1-3 parts of radix rehmanniae preparata, 1-3 parts of rhizoma curculiginis, 1-3 parts of wolfberry, 1-3 parts of herba epimedii, 1-3 parts of semen plantaginis, 1-3 parts of raspberries, 1-3 parts of radix achyranthis bidentatae and 1-3 parts of schisandra chinensis. The preparation method of the decoction comprises the following steps of selecting the first-grade angelica sinensis, parched white peony roots, semen cuscutae, ligusticum wallichii, radix rehmanniae preparata, rhizoma curculiginis, wolfberry, herba epimedii, semen plantaginis, raspberries, radix achyranthis bidentatae and schisandra chinensis, and respectively removing impurities and dust to obtain drugs for later use; and placing the drugs into a cloth bag and sealing the cloth bag, then, soaking the drugs in purified water for about half an hour, then, simultaneously placing the soaked drugs and a clarified liquid of the soaked drugs into a drug decocting machine according to the standard that medicine tissues are permeated, injecting cold boiled water 35mm more than the volumes of the drugs to decoct for the first time for 35 minutes, filtering the liquid medicine, then, injecting micro-warm boiled water again to decoct for the second time for 30 minutes, mixing and concentrating to form 1200ml of liquid traditional Chinese medicine with the concentration of 50%.
