The control device comprises a transmission device and a gear train component. The transmission device comprises a gear set and a converter for switching output functions. The gear train component comprises a shell, a cam, a sliding rod, and a spring, after speed changing by the transmission device, in the gear train component, the shell moves relative to the cam to make the sliding rod move in a tide rule or a sine rule in the vertical direction. By using the provided device, the circulation motion is converted to tide rule or sine rule output by the transmission device and the gear train component, so that the effect of tides can be applied on the groundwater in the water-containing layer, and a good hydrodynamic force is applied for the contaminant in ground water to better participate in the chemical reactions, migration and transformation. Two output modes can be switched therebetween according to the actual needs in stimulation, at the same time the output amplitude can be adjusted by changing the fittings so as to meet the requirements of different models with variable sizes.
