Abstract

The bone knife comprises a knife handle and a tool bit, wherein the tool bit is connected to the knife handle and is shaped like a bent arc; a guide wing of which the radian is consistent to the radian of the tool bit is arranged on the top of the tool bit; a blade edge is arranged in front of the guide wing. According to the trans-zygapophyseal and costotransverse joint approach circumspinal decompression and the bone knife for surgery which are provided by the invention, due to the fact that the bent arc of the tool bit is identical to the physiological features of a spinal canal, the expandability of a surgical incision is effectively increased, when the bone knife is used for surgery, the bone knife can extend to the place in front of a spinal cord to operate from the intervertebral place on one side nearby the spinal cord, and a compression material can be easily removed; the guide wing plays a guiding function during blind operation; the safety and the success rate can be effectively improved.
