The linear inductor (L1) and the nonlinear resistor (R1) form a first serial branch, the linear resistor (R0) and the linear capacitor (C0) form a second serial branch, the first serial branch and the second serial branch form a parallel branch, one end of the parallel branch is a low-voltage end, and the other end of the parallel branch is a high-voltage end. When an external voltage is lower than an impedance breakover voltage U0, a current that flows through the R0C0 branch is greater than a current that flows through the R1L1 branch, an MOV mainly externally presents a capacitive impedance feature. When the external voltage is higher than the impedance breakover voltage U0, the current that flows through the R0C0 branch is greater than the current that flows through the R1L1 branch, the MOV externally presents an inductive impedance feature.
