Abstract

Provided is a material dispatching method and system with transport tools being virtualized as supply points or demand points. The dispatching method comprises the following steps: a) establishing a data module according to material dispatching parameter information and generating a transport tool scheduling plan for the transport tools; b) carrying out material dispatching by the transport tools according to the transport tool scheduling plan, when the parameter information changes, virtualizing on-road loaded transport tools to be the supply points and virtualizing on-road no-load transport tools to be the demand points; c) regenerating a transport tool scheduling plan with the moment when the parameter information changes as a reference; and d) repetitively executing the step b) and the step c) until the transport tool scheduling is finished. The dispatching system comprises a server and a client capable of carrying out wireless interaction. The server comprises a database for storing material parameter information and a computer for generating the scheduling plan. The material dispatching method and system solve the problem of processing of the on-road transport tools in the dynamic material dispatching solving process under the condition of not increasing algorithm difficulty and calculation amount, and the solving precision is relatively high.
