Problems solved by technology

Through the empirical mode decomposition, the signal of the desired frequency component can be obtained, and the interference of different frequency noise can be filtered out. This method is widely used in the diagnosis of mechanical faults, but when the vibration signal contains a large amount of pulse interference, the empirical mode The problem of modal aliasing is prone to occur during the decomposition process

Embodiment Construction

[0032] Step 1: Preprocessing the vibration signal measured by the sensor by using the mathematical morphology method to filter out the pulse interference.

[0033]Let the original signal f(n) be a discrete function defined on F(n)=(0,1,...,N-1), define the structural element g(n) as G=(0,1,...,N-1) .,M-1), and N≥M, then:

[0034] The opening operation of f(n) on g(n) is defined as:

[0035]

[0036] The closing operation of f(n) on g(n) is defined as:

[0037] f ( n ) · g ( n ) = ( f ( n ) ⊕ [ - g ( n ) ] ) Θ [ - g ( n ) ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an EEMD-based automatic balancing machine vibration signal processing method. A mathematic morphological filter is adopted to pre-process an extracted vibration signal and eliminate pulse interference in the signal, and for the mode aliasing problem in empirical mode decomposition, an ensemble empirical mode decomposition method is adopted to extract the frequency and phase of unbalance. The method includes the following steps: firstly, a mathematic morphological method is utilized to pre-process a vibration signal measured by a sensor and filter pulse interference; secondly, an ensemble empirical mode decomposition method is utilized to decompose the signal processed by the mathematic morphological method in the first step, and the intrinsic mode function component of the signal is obtained; and thirdly, the amplitude phase of the vibration signal is obtained through Hilbert transform.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the related field of automatic balancing machine vibration signal processing, and in particular relates to an automatic balancing machine vibration signal processing method based on EEMD (Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition). Background technique [0002] Rotating machinery pervades all fields of life and production, and accounts for a huge proportion of many mechanical equipment. However, due to design and manufacturing reasons, the mass distribution of the rotor itself is uneven, the machine produces errors in the process of production and assembly, the machine produces different degrees of wear on the rotor during operation, and different environmental influences. There is a certain deviation between the main inertial axis and the rotation axis, this phenomenon is called rotor mass imbalance. During the rotation of an unbalanced rotor, the unbalanced mass produces an unbalanced force. The unbalanced force will cause vibra...
