According to the invention, high-frequency electromagnetic waves with a frequency greater than 100 KHz are shielded in the electromagnetic heating apparatus by using the electromagnetic reflector plates, so the electromagnetic waves are reflected and attenuated, and the risk of leakage of the high-frequency electromagnetic waves is reduced; and low-frequency electromagnetic waves with a frequency lower than 100 KHz are absorbed by the electromagnetic absorption plates and conducted to the cookware on the electromagnetic heating apparatus, so energy efficiency of the electromagnetic heating apparatus is improved, and leakage of the low-frequency electromagnetic waves is prevented at the same time.
