Embodiment 1

[0021] Greenhouse strawberry pollination using bumblebees

[0022] 1. Plant strawberries in a solar greenhouse with a plant spacing of 15cm, a row spacing of 20cm, and a ridge spacing of 50m. Black mulch is laid, and conventional water and fertilizer management is adopted during the growth process.

[0023] 2. Put 50 bright bumblebees / mu in the solar greenhouse during the strawberry flowering period to pollinate strawberries; among them, the nest door of the bumblebee hive faces south and is placed in the middle of the solar greenhouse, which is higher than the top of the strawberries.

[0024] The present embodiment pollination mode, the fruit setting rate is 79%.

Embodiment 2

[0026] Greenhouse strawberry pollination using bumblebees

[0027] 1. Plant strawberries in a solar greenhouse with a plant spacing of 18cm, a row spacing of 23cm, and a ridge spacing of 55m. Black mulch is laid, and conventional water and fertilizer management is adopted during the growth process.

[0028] 2. Put 60 bright bumblebees / mu in the solar greenhouse during the flowering period of strawberries to pollinate strawberries; among them, the nest door of the bumblebee hive faces south and is placed in the middle of the solar greenhouse, which is higher than the top of the strawberries.

[0029] The present embodiment pollination mode, the fruit setting rate is 83%.

Embodiment 3

[0031] Greenhouse strawberry pollination using bumblebees

[0032] 1. Plant strawberries in a solar greenhouse with a plant spacing of 20cm, a row spacing of 25cm, and a ridge spacing of 60m. Black mulch is laid, and conventional water and fertilizer management is adopted during the growth process.

[0033] 2. Put 70 bright bumblebees / mu in the solar greenhouse during the flowering period of strawberries to pollinate strawberries; among them, the nest door of the bumblebee hive faces south and is placed in the middle of the solar greenhouse, which is higher than the top of the strawberries.

[0034] The present embodiment pollination mode, the fruit setting rate is 89%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method of pollinating strawberries in greenhouse with bumblebees, wherein the method includes the steps of (a) planting the strawberries in a sunlight greenhouse with the plant distance being 15-20 cm, the line spacing being 20-25 cm and the row spacing being 50-60 m; (b) paving a black mulching film and performing general water and fertilizer management during the growth process; and (c) during the blossom period of the strawberries, allowing the bumblebees to enter the sunlight greenhouse by 50-70 per mu for pollinating the strawberries, wherein the door of a bumblebee beehive is arranged towards south. The bumblebee beehive is arranged at the middle of the sunlight greenhouse and should be arranged higher than the top of the strawberries. In the invention, the strawberries are pollinated by means of the bumblebees, so that pollination quality of strawberries can be improved and fruit setting rate is increased. In addition, the method enables the strawberries to be bigger in size, brighter in color and better in taste. The beehive is placed in the sunlight greenhouse, so that pollination on the strawberries can be completed almost without management, thereby reducing manual work and cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of fruit tree pollination, in particular to a method for using bumblebees to pollinate strawberries in greenhouses. Background technique [0002] Strawberry is also called cranberry, raspberry, ground berry, etc. It is a kind of red flower and fruit. Strawberries are heart-shaped in appearance, delicious, red and tender, with juicy pulp and a special rich fruit aroma. Strawberries have high nutritional value and are rich in vitamin C, which can help digestion. At the same time, strawberries can also strengthen the gums, freshen the breath, and moisturize the throat. People tend to have more anger in spring, and eating some strawberries can suppress it. There are many varieties of strawberry cultivation, more than 20,000 in total in the world, but there are only dozens of fine varieties cultivated in large areas. The economic benefit of cultivating strawberries in solar greenhouses is good, and they are we...
