Abstract

The invention provides a power grid fault diagnosis and restoration method with consideration of multiple information source fusion. The method comprises steps of a, establishing a correlation equation set for reflecting variation of various buses between two sampling time points based on bus voltages and branch power flow synchronous measurement information between the two adjacent sampling time points, and determining sensitivity to bus voltage of buses intensively subjected to active power injection and reactive power injection by voltage security and stability monitoring equipment; and b, establishing a constrained 0-1 integer programming model with an object that the control cost is least, and computing voltage security and stability pre-decision emergency control measurements by solving the 0-1 integer programming model. The invention performs voltage security and stability self-adaptive emergency control research based on synchronous measurement information. Based on the bus voltages and branch power flow synchronous measurement information between the two adjacent sampling time points, a correlation equation for reflecting the relation between voltage variation of each bus and active power and reactive power variation of each bus load is established, and an optimization method is adopted for simultaneous solution, so that sensitivity to bus voltage of buses intensively subjected to active power injection and reactive power injection by the voltage security and stability monitoring equipment is obtained. In addition, the voltage security and stability pre-decision emergency control measurements are computed by solving the 0-1 integer programming model.
