Abstract

The invention relates to a miniature single-phase permanent-magnet synchronous motor. According to a terminal voltage of a stator winding in the zero state of the detected power supply voltage and current, a control circuit drives a switch to control a current of a power supply input winding. To be specific, (a), a rotate is located at a position so as to enable the permanent-magnet axis of the rotor to be ahead of a permanent-magnet axis when a stator winding is electrified by a current at a certain direction by one acute angle; (b), a first current pulse is inputted into the winding from first time delay when the power supply voltage just passes the zero point, wherein the direction of the first current pulse is opposite to the current direction in the step (a); and (c), when an absolute value of the feature value of the terminal voltage is larger than a specified value and a time difference between a first zero-crossing point and a third zero-crossing point of the power supply voltage is less than a specified value, a second current pulse is inputted into the winding, wherein the direction of the second current pulse is opposite to the first current pulse and a time delay exists between the third zero-crossing point of the power supply voltage and the second current pulse; otherwise, the steps from (a) to (c) are repeated; if the absolute value is larger than the specified value and the first zero-crossing point is ahead of the third zero-crossing point of the alternating-current power supply voltage, the first time delay is added; and otherwise, the time delay is shortened. On the basis of the design, usage of a separate rotor position detection element can be avoided.
