A tackle wireless router, a tackle monitoring device battery pack, a monitoring camera, a speed reducer absolute shaft encoder and a hoisting hook weight measuring sensor are connected with a tackle monitoring device through signal cables. A command signal emitter is connected with the tackle monitoring device in a wireless communication mode. By monitoring air speed, goods weight, the depth of a hoisting hook, hoisting speed and a goods video image during work of a tower crane, digital monitoring of tower crane work is achieved, and once a parameter upper limit is exceeded, a control circuit is switched off and work stops.
