According to the bending test method of the emergency cut-off valve, an assembly and disassembly pipe connecting end of the emergency cut-off valve is made to rotate axially with a tank body connection end adopted as a center until the cut-off groove is fractured. According to the torsion test method of the emergency cut-off valve, the assembly and disassembly pipe connecting end of the emergency cut-off valve is made to rotate radially with the tank body connection end adopted as a center until the cut-off groove is fractured, and actually-borne internal pressure of the emergency cut-off valve in a turned-off state is simulated; the compression resistance index of the cut-off groove can be obtained based on accurate analysis of a test data acquisition module; and whether the cut-off valve of the emergency cut-off valve will be fractured fast in the range of a specified acting force can be detected in a most authentic manner.
