specific Embodiment

[0011] Fish meal, soybean meal, and wheat flour are the main protein sources, fish oil, soybean oil, and soybean lecithin are the main fat sources, vitamins and minerals are added, and the basic feed is configured with a crude protein of not less than 45% and a crude fat of not less than 12%. Add 2% sea salt, 5% sea salt and no sea salt to the basal feed respectively to form two addition groups and a control group.

[0012] Breeding species: 72 juvenile turbot with an initial body weight of 36.4±1.3 g were randomly divided into 3 groups, each group had 3 water tanks, and each water tank (blue polyethylene water tank, volume 200 liters) raised young turbot There were 8 fish, and there was no significant difference in initial body weight among the experimental groups. The feeding conditions and environmental factors were basically the same and met the environmental requirements for juvenile turbot breeding.

Abstract

The present invention discloses a low-salt tolerance scophthalmus maxima feed which is characterized by containing 2-5% by mass of sea salt. The present invention also provides a scophthalmus maxima domesticating method using the above-mentioned low-salt tolerance feed which is characterized as follows: conducting natural culture of the scophthalmus maxima in seawater with a salinity of 32, decreasing the current salinity of the seawater to a next salinity gradient value every 48 h, and the salinity gradient values are 24, 16, 12, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, and 3; when the salinity reaches 3, further feeding the scophthalmus maxima for one week and finishing the domestication. During the domestication process, feeding the scophthalmus maxima with the low-salt tolerance feed twice per day; the feeding time is 8:30 and 16:30 respectively, and the scophthalmus maxima shows apparent satiation.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a feed, in particular to a low-salt tolerance feed for turbot, and also relates to a method for domesticating turbot by using the feed. Background technique [0002] Seawater resources in northern my country are limited, and the utilization of water resources by the mariculture industry is close to saturation. Making full use of inland deep well water, brackish water and fresh water resources, and introducing species with higher economic value into inland aquaculture is one of the ways to solve the plight of seawater aquaculture water resources. Turbot is one of the important species of mariculture in northern my country, and it is also a kind of euryhaline fish, which has the potential to be introduced into inland culture. However, excessively low salinity in aquaculture water will also affect the physiological state of turbot. It has been reported that when the salinity is lower than 6, the metabolism of turbot is disturbed ...
