The invention provides a propagation method of bougainvillea spectabilis brasiliensis in Liuzhou region. The propagation method comprises the following steps: (1) arranging an all-optical spray sand bed; (2) selecting spike-collecting plants; (3) cutting cuttings; (4) inserting the cuttings in the all-optical spray sand bed of the step (1), after cuttage, starting spraying, and spraying a bactericide; (5) after rootage for 15-20 d, transplanting the seedlings into flower pots for cultivation, wherein the cuttings start rooting after 20-25 d of cuttage; (6) preparing nutrient soil for seedling cultivation, and putting the nutrient soil into the flower pots; (7) transplanting the seedlings rooting for 15-20 d into the flower pots of the step (6), and cultivating the flower pots for 3-6 months to obtain the bougainvillea spectabilis brasiliensis.
