The number of controlled water nozzles which are arranged on the same circle of a fixed disc and are controlled by a rotary disc is one less than the number of equal switching positions. The waterway switcher comprises a water inlet and a middle water outlet which are correspondingly connected in series with head and tail of filter elements and corresponding filter element pipeline interfaces which are respectively sealingly in butt joint to cooperate with the end cap. The eccentric interface is communicated with an inner cavity and a rotary disc water-passing port through a water-passing channel. The central interface is communicated with a central blind hole and a transition blind hole of the rotary disc through the fixed disc. The equal switching position which isn't provided with a controlled water nozzle is an off-position. The rotary disc rotates to stagger one equal switching position to correspondingly form a back-flushing channel of a single filter element.
