A film-processing wastewater treatment device comprises a sewage pump used for supplying wastewater to a PH value adjusting tank, and the PH value adjusting tank, an electrochemical reactor, an oxygenizer and a coagulator which are successively connected together, wherein a first valve is arranged between the PH value adjusting tank and the electrochemical reactor; a second valve is arranged between the electrochemical reactor and the oxygenizer; a third valve is arranged between the oxygenizer and the coagulator; fluid inside the PH value adjusting tank flows to the electrochemical reactor by depending on gravity; the fluid inside the electrochemical reactor flows to the oxygenizer by depending on the gravity; the fluid inside the oxygenizer flows to the coagulator by depending on the gravity; the coagulator is provided with a fixing structure which comprises a first sucking disc; a second sucking disc is arranged inside the first sucking disc; and an adsorption tank is formed by enclosure between the first sucking disc and the second sucking disc. The film-processing wastewater treatment device provided by the invention has the advantages of convenience and low energy consumption of installation of the coagulator, and solves the problems of installation inconvenience and high energy consumption of the coagulator of a conventional film-processing wastewater treatment device.
