Abstract

The invention provides a photon measurement front-end circuit which comprises the components of one or a plurality of signal processing circuits which are in one-to-one correspondence with one or a plurality of sensor element sets, and a main processing circuit. Each signal processing circuit in the one or the plurality of signal processing circuits comprises the components of one or a plurality of front-end processing circuits which are in one-to-one correspondence with one or a plurality of sensor elements in a corresponding sensor element set, and a back-end processing circuit. The front-end processing circuit is used for receiving an initial current signal from a corresponding sensor element and outputting a pulse current signal when the amplitude of the initial current signal is larger than a current threshold. The back-end processing circuit is used for processing each pulse current signal from one or the plurality of front-end processing circuits for generating an output signal. The main processing circuit is used for measuring the photons which are detected by the one or the plurality of sensor element sets according to the output signal of each back-end processing circuit in the one or the plurality of signal processing circuits. The photon measurement front-end circuit has advantages of simple structure and easy expansion to an array.
