The motor of the novel polarization tracker drives the rotary rotor to rotate in 360 DEG; and polarization matching is realized till a maximal signal pointing direction is tracked in a polarizing manner. The novel polarization tracker disclosed by the invention has the outstanding advantages that: signals are accurately tracked in the polarizing manner; the novel polarization tracker can be used as a receiving polarization tracker used for synthesizing two signals from two parallel ports and receiving required signals in the polarizing direction through rotation of the rotary rotor; and furthermore, the novel polarization tracker can be used as a transmitting polarization tracker used for receiving a satellite polarization signal through polarization tracking and transmitting by dividing the satellite polarization signal into two signals through the orthogonal mode coupler in the polarization tracker.
