Abstract

The invention belongs to the ethylene production energy efficiency assessment field and relates to an ethylene production efficiency dynamic assessment method considering outbound transportation energy. Dynamic analysis of comprehensive energy consumption of unit outbound transportation energy and ten thousand output value outbound transportation energy during an ethylene production process is realized. Through considering the outbound transportation energy which is output of power consumption, from a perspective of an economic value, relative effectiveness comparison of an outbound transportation energy rate is performed on real-time data through a data envelopment analysis method so that efficiency dynamic analysis considering the outbound transportation energy is realized. The method has the following advantages that through comparing the comprehensive energy consumption of the unit outbound transportation energy to the ten thousand output value outbound transportation energy, a relative ratio of an outbound transportation energy value and a product value can be acquired; whether a current energy investment is proper is analyzed and a problem that an added production value is generated because the outbound transportation energy is neglected is solved. The method in the invention can be widely used for the ethylene production energy efficiency assessment calculating field.
