Abstract

The invention discloses a method for optimizing general parameters of a control surface transmission mechanism. The method comprises the following steps that analytical expressions of the line rigidity, torsional rigidity, torsion frequency, the steering engine actuator travel original length ratio and the transmission ratio deviation of the control surface transmission mechanism are established; a parameterized ADAMS model of the control surface transmission mechanism is established; the ADAMS model, an input file including input variables, an output file including measurement values and a command file for driving an ADAMS are packaged; optimization goals and constraint conditions are determined; a ModelCenter optimizer and the ADAMS model are used for optimizing the designed distance between a variable rudder shaft and a steering engine support, the length of a rocker arm and the height of the steering engine support with the determined optimization goals and the constraint conditions, and optimized results are obtained. By means of the method, the quick optimization design of the general parameters of the control surface transmission mechanism is achieved, and engineering technicians can conveniently use the method.
