The invention also provides a device applying the resource allocation method. The device comprises a power line channel state acquisition module, a subcarrier bit capacity estimation module, a subcarrier gateway allocation module, a terminal gateway allocation module, a gateway terminal subcarrier allocation module and an electricity utilization information transmission module which are connected in turn.
