The contact face between the fixed sleeve and the second-level centering block A is a first inclined face. The second-level centering block A can slide along the first inclined face. The angle alpha between the first inclined face and the axial direction is smaller than 90 degrees. The contact face between the second-level centering block A and the first-level centering block is a second inclined face, and the second-level centering block A and the first-level centering block can slide relative to each other along the second inclined face. The angle beta between the second incline face and the axial direction is smaller than 90 degrees.
