Example Embodiment

[0020] Hereinafter, the present invention will be further described with reference to the drawings and specific implementations:

[0021] The logistics robot distribution system provided by the present invention includes a delivery warehouse, a distribution robot 1, an intelligent car 2, an intelligent express cabinet and a control terminal. A number of items to be delivered are placed in the shipping warehouse, and an identification code is provided on the items to be delivered. The so-called identification code may be a two-dimensional code, a serial number, and the like. The delivery robot 1 is fixed on a smart car 2, and the shape of the smart car 2 is similar or consistent with ordinary vehicles in real life, or the ordinary vehicle can be converted into a smart car 2.

[0022] Such as figure 1 with figure 2 As shown, the delivery robot 1 includes a head, a body, and a mechanical arm 3. The two eyes of the head can be set as cameras, and a communication module and a central p...

Abstract

The invention relates to a logistics robot distribution system which comprises a shipping warehouse containing a plurality of objects to be distributed, a distribution robot with mechanical arms, an intelligent car, an intelligent express cabinet and a control terminal. Identification codes are arranged on the objects to be distributed. The distribution robot is fixed to the intelligent car. A communication module, a central processing unit and a camera are arranged in the distribution robot. The control terminal is in wireless connection with the communication module, and the communication module, the camera and the mechanical arms are all electrically connected with the central processing unit. The communication module is used for receiving control signals of the control terminal and sending the control signals to the central processing unit. The central processing unit is used for controlling the camera to scan the identification codes on the objects to be distributed according to the control signals and controlling the mechanical arms to grab the objects to be distributed with the identification codes consistent with preset identification codes to be placed on the intelligent car. According to the logistics robot distribution system, the distribution robot is used for replacing manpower for object distribution work, the work is faster and more convenient, and high reliability and the low fault rate are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of logistics, in particular to a logistics robot distribution system. Background technique [0002] 2013 AD is the first year of the Internet. From chatting on QQ, swiping Weibo, chatting on WeChat, and then engaged in micro-business, e-commerce... The mobile Internet has ushered in a new era of online consumption, and online consumption generates daily data. The movement of hundreds of millions of goods has given birth to large logistics companies such as SF Express and Debon. They repeat the work of mobile phones, aggregation, and delivery every day, which is tedious and tiring. The delivery staff often work up to 12 hours a day, but they are still unable to complete the delivery task, which is far from satisfying the current e-commerce item flow market. [0003] On the other hand, the delivery personnel drive back and forth every day, always guarding against traffic accidents. Due to the heavy workload, all the ve...
