Abstract

The invention discloses a sample processing apparatus of atomic force microscope and a biological sample preparation method. The sample processing apparatus comprises an immersion pool and a sample pool; and the sample pool is arranged right above the immersion pool. A plurality of concave first unit pools are arranged on the sample pool uniformly; the lower end of each first unit pool protrudes from the sample pool; a serial number is arranged on each first unit pool; and a bottom hole is formed in the bottom of each first unit pool and an air hole is formed in the side of each first unit pool. A first object placing hole is formed in one side of the sample pool; and a temperature sensor is arranged in the first object placing hole in an embedded mode. A second object placing hole is formed in the other end, opposite to the first object placing hole, of the sample pool; and a heating rod is arranged in the second object placing hole in an embedded mode. According to the technical scheme, the structure is designed reasonably and simply; a plurality of samples can be prepared automatically by one-time operation; the processed flow is consistent with all experiment parameters; and the preparation efficiency and experiment repeatability are improved.
