The invention discloses a method for equally charging a battery management system, which comprises following steps: step of initializing the system; step of collecting voltage: the voltage signal of each lithium battery in a battery pack is collected and is input into a single-chip microcomputer; step of converting voltage into electric current: voltage signals are converted into the electric current by the single-chip microcomputer; step of collecting temperature: the single-chip microcomputer measures the temperature of each lithium battery in the battery pack through a temperature measuring circuit; step of collecting discharged electric current: the single-chip microcomputer collects the discharged electric current of each lithium battery in the battery pack through an equal discharge circuit; step of judging equalization: the single-chip microcomputer judges whether the power amount of each lithium battery in the battery pack is required to be equalized; step of equalizing: the power amount of each lithium battery in the battery group is equalized by starting the equal discharge circuit and a charge control circuit; step of judging an error: errors of disconnection and damage existing in each lithium battery in the battery pack are judged; and step of cutting a main circuit: the battery pack is disconnected to a load when errors of disconnection and damage are existing in the battery pack.
