Embodiment 1

[0018] Embodiment 1: The technical means realized by the present invention will be specifically described below in conjunction with examples.

[0019] A kind of method for artificial hatching of snake gizzard, its steps are:

[0020] A. On the morning of April 8, the net was pulled to obtain the parental parents of Snake Scorpion, and 49 female parents and 10 male parents were selected. At 21:00 p.m., labor induction began.

[0021] B. At 13:00 p.m. on April 9, the female parent snake began to lay eggs, and the spawning ended at 13:30. Artificial dry insemination was adopted, and fertilization was performed with 0.5% (mass volume ratio) normal saline. 43 female fish gave birth naturally, the induction rate was 87.8%, and a total of 31,000 eggs were obtained. The fertilization rate was 79.2% at 23:00 on the evening of April 9.

[0022] C. Eggs after fertilization are quickly and evenly spread on the mesh. The size of the mesh is 80cm×40cm. Each mesh is evenly spread with abou...

Embodiment 2

[0032] A method for artificial hatching of snake gizzard, the steps are: (in 2015, the applicant increased the scale and carried out batch production, and the overall effect is good)

[0033] The steps of A are somewhat different from those in Example 1. The applicant advances the breeding time and begins to breed on March 20. A total of 536 female parents and 96 male parents were selected. At 21:00 on the same day, artificial induced labor was started.

[0034] B The next day at about 17:00 p.m., the parents began to lay eggs, and the method of laying eggs, the method of insemination, and the device for showering fertilized eggs were all the same as in Example 1. A total of 472 female parents were randomly sampled and counted, the induced labor rate was 88.1%, a total of 330,000 eggs were laid, the fertilization rate was 83.0%, and the number of fertilized eggs was about 274,000 eggs. The average temperature during incubation is 19°C.

[0035] C3 hatching was completed at ar...

Abstract

The invention discloses an artificial hatching method for Saurogobio dabryi. The method comprises the steps: (A) carrying out artificial dry fertilization after Saurogobio dabryi lays eggs, and activating sperms with 0.5% normal saline; (B) after fertilization, uniformly laying Saurogobio dabryi fertilized eggs on netting sheets, and suspending the laid netting sheets in a cement pool, wherein the depth of water of the cement pool is 48-52cm, and the distance from the netting sheets to the water surface is 5-10cm; (C) adopting a water-drenching hatching method, mounting a spraying water tap above the cement pool, and manually turning on a switch to spray water once every 28-32 minutes so as to humidify the fertilized eggs; and (D) taking off the netting sheets until eyespots appear during the development of fertilized egg embryos, and putting the netting sheets into a circulating-water hatching barrel, thereby completing hatching. The mesh of the netting sheets is 80 meshes; and a manufacturing method for the netting sheets comprises the steps of firstly, making a rectangular iron frame from iron wires, then, fixing a piece of netting on the iron frame, and tightening the netting, wherein the egg laying density is 15,000 per square meter. The method is feasible and is simple and convenient in operation, the hatchability is increased and can reach 80% or more. The technical problems in the artificial hatching and water mold control of Saurogobio dabryi are effectively solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of aquaculture, in particular to a method for artificial hatching of scorpions, and is also applicable to the hatching of most viscous egg-producing fishes. Background technique [0002] Saurogobiodabryi belongs to Cyprinidae, Cyprinidae, Saurogobiodabryi, Cypriniformes, Cyprinidae, Subfamily Sterilidae, and is a small economic fish. It is widely distributed in my country. It is distributed in various water systems from Heilongjiang to the south of the Pearl River. Snake gizzard is a small fish in the middle and lower layers, and mainly feeds on aquatic insects and copepods. The breeding season of Snakefish is from March to May, and the eggs are slightly viscous with a diameter of 1.0-1.1mm. Snake gizzard has a high rate of meat production, small intermuscular spines, tender meat, delicious taste, high nutritional value, high market price, and large demand. As a local famous and special breeding species, the snake g...
