Abstract

An internal water-cooled channel of the electrode body (1) is connected with a water-cooled device of the spot welding machine. Bosses (3) with ring-shaped structures are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the upper end of the electrode body (1) respectively. Small holes used for containing the electrode contacts (2) are formed in the tops of the bosses (3). According to the special-shaped spot welding lower electrode, an outer ring and a locating block do not need to be clamped by a clamp, and the special-shaped lower electrode directly guarantees the relative positions of the outer ring and the locating block; the special-shaped lower electrode stretches into the outer ring for spot welding, an original singe-face double-point welding mode is changed fundamentally, a shunting phenomenon in the welding process is avoided effectively, and thus connector quality disqualification caused by nugget deviation is avoided.
