Abstract

The invention provides a proportioning design method of an asphalt mixture through construction waste. The construction waste asphalt mixture designed through the method is applicable to asphalt surfaces of highways and urban roads. Recycling of the construction waste is achieved, and pollution caused by urban and rural solid waste is reduced. The proportioning design of the construction waste asphalt mixture is conducted through a three-stage design method. Firstly, the mixture gradation design is conducted through a substitution method; and secondly, the best asphalt use amount of the asphalt mixture is determined through a new design method. The second step is divided into three steps that (1) feasible regions of the best asphalt use amount in different gradation schemes are determined through a Fort shellen leakage analysis test and a Cantabro raveling test; (2) according to the two end boundary values and the intermediate value of the feasible regions of the asphalt use amount, the asphalt mixture is formed through three asphalt use amounts; and (3) whether the asphalt mixture meets the basic performance requirements or not is judged. Finally, the asphalt mixture is formed under the condition of the best asphalt use amount, and pavement performance detection is conducted.
