The steam boiler comprises a boiler body, a burner, a flue gas outlet, a water inlet and a high-pressure steam outlet. The heat exchanger comprises a high-temperature flue gas inlet, a medium-temperature flue gas outlet, a cold water inlet and a hot water outlet. Cold water enters the heat exchanger through the cold water inlet, exchanges heat with flue gas and then is turned into hot water, and the hot water flows out from the hot water outlet. The steam generator comprises a generator body, a hot water inlet and a low-pressure steam outlet. The hot water inlet is communicated with the hot water outlet through a pipeline so that the hot water in the heat exchanger can be delivered into the generator body. The ejector comprises a shell, a high-pressure steam inlet, a mixed steam outlet and a low-pressure steam inlet. The high-pressure steam inlet is communicated with the steam boiler so that high-pressure steam can be delivered into the ejector.
