Abstract

The imaging system is characterized in that the imaging system further comprises a light source device, a photographing device and a processing device; the light source device is used for providing a plurality of lighting modes for the samples in the form of a light-emitting diode array so as to make sample transmission light carry different sample information; the microscope is used for receiving the sample transmission light to obtain observation results; the photographing device is used for acquiring the observation results of the microscope to obtain acquired images; and the processing device is used for obtaining imaged pictures according to the acquired images.
