Embodiment Construction

[0027] The method for observing one-dimensional nanomaterials provided by the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the drawings and specific embodiments.

[0028] See figure 1 , The first embodiment of the present invention provides a method for observing one-dimensional nanomaterials, which includes the following steps:

[0029] S1 provides a one-dimensional nanomaterial 100 to be tested;

[0030] S2 placing the one-dimensional nanomaterial 100 in the coupling liquid 205;

[0031] S3 provides a beam of white incident light 300 with a continuous spectrum, and the one-dimensional nanomaterial 100 undergoes resonance Rayleigh scattering under the irradiation of the incident light 300;

[0032] S4 Observe the one-dimensional nanomaterial 100 with an optical microscope in which the objective lens 400 is a water mirror, and the water mirror is immersed in the coupling liquid 205 during observation.

[0033] In step S1, the one-dimensional nanomateria...

Abstract

A method for imaging one dimension nanomaterials is provided. Firstly, one dimension nanomaterials sample, an optical microscope with a liquid immersion objective and a liquid are provided. Secondly, the one dimensional nanomaterials sample is immersed in the liquid. Thirdly, the one dimensional nanomaterials sample is illuminated by an incident beam to generate resonance Rayleigh scattering. Fourthly, the liquid immersion objective is immersed into the liquid to get a resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) image of the one dimensional nanomaterials sample. Fifthly, spectra of the one dimensional nanomaterials sample are measured to obtain chirality of the one dimensional nanomaterials sample.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for observing one-dimensional nano materials, in particular to a method for directly observing one-dimensional nano materials by using an optical microscope. Background technique [0002] One-dimensional nanomaterials are hollow or solid materials with a size ranging from 1nm to 100nm in the radial direction. The size in the length direction is much higher than the size in the radial direction. The aspect ratio can range from a dozen to tens of thousands. : Nanotubes, nanorods, nanowires, nanofibers, nanobelts, etc. The one-dimensional nanomaterials produced by the existing preparation methods, such as carbon nanotubes, are usually mixed with carbon nanotubes of different chirality, different tube diameters, and different lengths. Quantitatively distinguishing one-dimensional nanomaterials with different structures is of great significance to the application of nanomaterials. The one-dimensional electronic structure of on...
