Abstract

A buffer is arranged among the LED lamps and the upper electrode plate, and an energy taking ring is arranged below the lower electrode plate. The upper electrode plate, the lower electrode plate, the piezoelectric ceramic plate, the buffer and the energy taking ring are all of a hollow annular structure. The light-emitting device has the beneficial effects that by means of the light-emitting device, the structure of an energy converter handle is simplified, and arrangement is easier; and meanwhile a mainframe circuit module of an ultrasonic scaler or a piezosurgery machine is simplified, cost is reduced, and the risk that feedback errors of a mainframe happen due to abnormal power supply of the LED lamps is eliminated.
