The method comprises three steps of 1, mixing and blending decompressing three-line oil and decompressing four-line oil; 2, adding distillate oil blended in the first step into a reaction kettle; adding diluting agents, introducing air gas containing sulfur trioxide, then, adding a sodium hydroxide solution into the reaction kettle, neutralizing reacted products until the pH value is 7 to 9; forming raw materials of the temperature-resistant viscous oil emulsification viscosity depressant; 3, taking 50 percent to 65 percent of the raw materials; adding the materials into the reaction kettle; adding alkyl diphenyl ether sodium disulfonate, sodium alkyl sulfonate, latent solvents, stabilizing agents and water, and regulating the pH value to 7 to 9 by the sodium hydroxide solution with the concentration being 10 percent; then, raising the temperature; performing stirring; cooling materials to normal temperature; finally forming the temperature-resistant viscous oil emulsification viscosity depressant.
