Abstract

The new processing method comprises the following step processes: firstly calibrating a foundation plate of the vertical lathe, then, mounting a plurality of permanent-magnetic worktables annularly distributed on the foundation plate, and installing a replaceable magnetic conductive soft claw on each permanent-magnetic worktable; then, installing a workpiece on each permanent-magnetic worktable, enabling the corresponding magnetic conductive soft claw to be matched with the workpiece, positioning an excircle of the workpiece through a cylindrical pin, rotating a magnetic switch to fix the workpiece, and then, performing turning on the workpiece according to a set program. Turning of an end face, an inner circle and the excircle of each large-sized thin piece can be finished once by the method; a whole processing process is simple, rapid, accurate and labor-saving; auxiliary working time is shortened; working efficiency is increased; needs of certain special turning technologies are met; processing flows are reduced so as to lower repetitive tolerance of excessive machining programs; and a parallelism error is less than 0.02 mm.
